Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”) carefully before making any purchases or using the services provided by Syntax.dev (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, opening a support ticket, or purchasing any of our products, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

1. General Terms

Acceptance: By purchasing a product or engaging in our services, you automatically accept and agree to all terms stated document.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Conduct: Any form of disrespect, spamming, harassment, or abuse towards staff members or community members will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services and website access.

2. Payments & Refunds

Finality of Sales: All sales, digital downloads, and payments are final.
No Refunds / Chargebacks: No refunds or chargebacks are allowed under any circumstances.
Disputes: If you open a chargeback or a PayPal dispute instead of contacting support, you will be permanently blacklisted from all our services, your licenses will be revoked, and you will be reported to relevant fraud databases.
Custom Services: For negotiable custom development services, any price changes or adjustments are only valid before the development process officially starts.

3. Delivery & Support

Delivery Times: Delivery dates and times provided by us are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and current workload.
Lifetime Support: Lifetime support is included exclusively for custom bots and products. This support only covers the original features delivered at the time of purchase.
Modifications & Tweaks: Major tweaks, rewrites, or additional feature requests made after the final delivery will incur extra costs and will be billed separately.

4. Source Code & Usage

Prohibition of Redistribution: Redistributing, reselling, leaking, or sharing the project source code or assets with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Ownership Rights: Full source code rights (including the right to resell or edit the core structure) must be purchased explicitly if you intend to commercialize or redistribute our work.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized modification of our source code or products by yourself or a third party immediately voids your lifetime support and warranty.
